Thai students win at the XVI IAO
BANGKOK, September 30 (TNA) - Thai students have clinched two silver medals and one bronze medal from the XVI International Astronomy Olympiad (IAO), being held in Almaty, Kazakhstan, from September 22-30.
The selected three Thai students at the lower secondary level from Bangkok's renowned Suan Kularb Wittayalai School and Triam Udom Suksa School were supervised by the Promotion of Academic Olympiads and Development of Science Education Foundation.
The winning Thai students, who have joined the nine-day XVI IAO along with other 45 contestants from 20 other countries, will return to Thailand on Saturday. (TNA)
