AL secretary general confirms holding the coming Arab Summit in Baghdad
Baghdad (NINA) – Secretary General of the Arab League confirmed that the coming Arab League will be held in Baghdad.
He added in a statement issued by the Iraqi Foreign Ministry today “an Arab decision was made about holding the Arab Summit in Baghdad, according to the request made by the Iraqi government to the AL SC, on May this year.”
Nabeel Al Arabi added, according to the statement “the AL is committed to the decision of holding the Summit in Baghdad.”
The AL decided to hold the coming Summit in Baghdad by end of March 2012, and to be presided by Iraq.
