BOXERS BEAT THEIR FIRST RIVALS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ Mongolian boxers have beaten their first rivals at the World Amateur Boxing Championships running in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Firstly, a State Honored Sportsman N.Togstsogt defeated a Bulgarian boxer Stefan Ivanov in the weight category of 52 kg, in contest held Tuesday. Next rival of him will be Suranjoy Singh of India.
Another Mongolian D.Otgondalai (56 kg), a silver medalist of the Asian championships defeated his rival Hovhannes Bachkov of Armenia at the first contest. He will face Lee Jin-young of the South Korea at the next contest.
On Wednesday, S.Erdenebayar (81 kg) will fight against Reece Papuni of New Zealand. In accordance with the schedule, a State Honored Sportsman and World champion for 2009 P.Serdamba had a bye at the first contest, and will make his first fight against Cameroonian boxer.
