Qatar Partakes in GCC Justice Undersecretaries Meeting
Doha, September 26 (QNA) - The State of Qatar is to partake in the 15th meeting of the GCC Justice Undersecretaries slated for Abu Dhabi, the UAE, tomorrow, Tuesday and runs for two days.
Justice Undersecretary HE Sultan Bin Abdullal Al-Suwaidi leads Qatar's delgation to the meeting.
In a statement to Qatar News Agency (QNA) on Monday, HE Al-Suwaidi said the meeting is the yield of faithful and great efforts exerted during the previous meetings to lay down the basses and pillars of the gulf judicial and lawful progress and renaissance.
HE Al Suwaidi told QNA that the agenda includes several topics inter-alia the standard or unified draft project (law) to combat IT crimes in the GCC member states, the draft guidelines and mechanisms for practicing profession of law for the GCC citizenry, the standard or unified draft project (law) for judiciary authority and the standard or unified draft project (law) for family courts in the GCC member states.
HE the justice undersecretary left Doha for Abu Dhabi earlier today to attend the aforesaid meeting. A number of the Justice Ministry officials also accompanied HE the Undersecretary of Justice.
