Azerbaijani official: Stagnation observed in Nagorno-Karabakh talks

Azerbaijan, Baku, Sept. 24 / Trend , M.Aliyev / With its steps, Armenia loses the country that is still ready to resolve the conflict with peaceful means, Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Araz Azimov said at a conference marking the 20th anniversary of Azerbaijan’s state independence.
Azimov said stagnation is now observed in the negotiations on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution.
