The delegation, which includes tribal heads of the Libya's eastern and southern regions, praised Qatar's quick backing of the Libyan revolution.
"Qatar has been at the forefront of international efforts to back us before obtaining support from the GCC countries and then the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO), the delegation told Qatar News Agency (QNA).
On the challenges facing Libya and the NTC in the future, the delegation Chief Youssef Mabrouk said among the top challenges is to release Libya's frozen funds to help the country rebuild.
About latest political and security developments in Libya, the delegation Vice Chairman Muhammad al-Madani said the Libyan rebels make more progress every day toward liberating whole Libya and they are pursuing the remnants of Gadhafi's forces.
Al-Madani, who described the current security situation as "excellent", has excluded any fears of civil war, noting in this regard the strong commitment for unity the Libyan people has shown over the past months.
On the concerns about foreign interference in Libyan affairs, the Libyan official said, as a sovereign State, Libya's decision shall not be subject to any kind of pressure or dictates.
The international community has offered unconditional support to Libyan Rebels from the massacres committed during the 17 February revolution, al-Madani concluded.
