HH the Deputy Emir Meets Libyan Delegation

Doha (QNA) - HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met here Thursday morning at Al Wajbah Palace with a senior delegation of eastern and southern tribal region of Libya, who called on HH to greet him on the occasion of their visit to the country and to express thanks and gratitude to the Government of Qatar and its people for standing alongside the Libyan people during their struggle for their freedom.
The delegation expressed appreciation to HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent for Qatar's support for the Libyan revolution, stressing that building a modern and democratic Libya needs concerted Arab and international efforts, especially the Qatari unlimited support in order to achieve its objectives in establishing a society of freedom, justice and democracy.
