AZERBAIJAN`S EMBASSY IN SWEDEN ORGANIZES CEREMONIES IN STOCKHOLM
Baku, 23 September,(AzerTAj)Azerbaijan`s Embassy in Sweden has organized a series of ceremonies to enhance economic and cultural relationships between the two countries.
On September 15, Azerbaijan Youth Symphonic Orchestra gave a concert which was attended by Swedish government officials, businessmen, diplomats and representatives of Diaspora organizations.
On September 16, AZPROMO and Swedish bank SEB co-organized the Azerbaijan-Sweden business forum. Attending the event, Swedish Trade Minister Mrs. Eva Bjorling said Azerbaijan had achieved remarkable success in economic development.
She stressed the necessity of deepening Sweden-Azerbaijan cooperation.
According to her, the Forum is very important in terms of exchange of information and experience. The Minister also praised the fact that Doing Business 2009 Report announced Azerbaijan the world`s top reformer.
Azerbaijani Ambassador to Sweden Rafael Ibrahimov said his country attaches great importance to enhancing cooperation with Sweden. He added the Forum would contribute to deepening bilateral relations.
SEB Bank`s top representative Erik Belfrage stressed the event would give an impetus to Azerbaijan-Sweden economic cooperation.
President of AZPROMO Emil Majidov spoke of business and investment environment in his country.
