Two homes threatened by Qld bushfire
SYDNEY (AAP) - 18 Sept - A large bushfire in central Queensland is threatening two homes.
The Queensland Fire and Rescue Service (QFRS) is working to control the blaze at Mt Morgan, which has burnt out more than 1000 hectares since 3.30am (AEST) on Sunday.
Thirteen fire crews are backburning and protecting two houses in the area, a spokesperson said.
No other houses are under threat.
Firefighters have asked residents of the area to listen to their local radio station for any further updates.
