Geneva, September 14 (QNA) - The State of Qatar said the recent political developments in many countries have demonstrated that the right to development links between all forms of human rights, including economic, social and cultural, civil and political ones.
Qatar has made legislative, institutional and strategic efforts to promote and realize the right to development locally by making appropriate development policies that aimed at continuous improvement of the well-being of all people based on their active, free and meaningful participation in development process as well as in the fair distribution of benefits in accordance with the provisions and principles of the United Nations Declaration on the Right to Development.
