HH the Emir Issues Ratification Instruments
Doha, September 14 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani on Wednesday ratified the cabinet decision No./39/ of 2011 ,on expropriation of some real estate for the public benefit.
The decision provides for putting it into effect and be operative as from the date of issue in the official Gazette.
HH the emir also approved the cabinet decision No./40/ of 2011 for amending some rules of the decision No./35/ of 2010 on forming the rental disputes settlement committees.
HH also endorsed the cabinet decision No./41/ of 2011 for amending some provisions of the decision No./26/ of 2003 concerning the recruitment permanent committee.
The two aforesaid decisions provide for being implemented and are operative as from the date of their issue and to be published in the official Gazette. (QNA)
