PV Oil runs oil-petrol depot in central province
Thua Thien-Hue (VNA) - An oil and petrol depot invested by PetroVietnam Oil Corp. (PV Oil) was put into operation at the Chan May - Lang Co Economic Zone in central Thua Thien-Hue province on Sept. 21.
Built at the of 52.5 billion VND (nearly 3.2 million USD), the storage will
serve as an intermediate station to transfer oil and petrol from PV Oil's
larger base depots to northern central provinces.
It will also help deliver products from the Dung Quat oil refinery in Quang
Ngai province once the plant become operational in 2009.
PV Oil, a subsidiary company of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group
(PetroVietnam), planned to raise the storage's capacity to 30,000 cu.m by
the end of 2010.-Enditem
