Doha, September 13 (QNA) - HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met here at his Emiri Diwan office on Tuesday morning Former Prime Minister and Special Envoy of the French President Edouard Balladur, who is also the Special Envoy for the implementation of the "Deauville Partnership."
