PRESIDENT EXPRESSES CONDOLENCES

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj sent on Thursday, September 8 a telegram to D.Medvedev, the President of Russia to express his condolences over the death of 43 people during a plane crash occurred in Yaroslavl city, Russia.
"Me and Mongolians deeply shocked to hear the news about the plane crash. On behalf of myself and Mongolian people I express my sincere condolences to families, relatives, close people of the deceased and all Russian people over the deadly crash," the telegram says.
The plane carried 45 ice-hockey players and coaching staff of the Yaroslavl Lokomotiv club. All 11 foreign citizens on board the plane Yak-42, died, including the team's Canadian coach, as well as Swedish, Czech, Latvian and Slovak players. Two of them survived, and they are in severe condition, according to the latest source.
