NTC Praises Qatar's Support for Libyan Revolution

Doha, September 03 (QNA) - Libya's National Transitional Council (NTC) on Saturday praised Qatar's role in supporting the Libyan people in their revolution and achieving freedom.
Speaking to Qatar News Agency (QNA), NTC Vice President Abdul Hafeez Goukh highly appreciated the unlimited support and encouragement from HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani for the Libyan revolution.
He admitted that without the unlimited support provided by the State of Qatar, the rebels would not have achieved victory, hoping to receive HH the Emir of the State of Qatar in Tripoli soon.
For his part, Ahmed al-Zubayr al-Sanusi a Libya's NTC member expressed deep gratitude for the State of Qatar and its people for its kind support and readiness to extend every possible assistance to the Libyan people in their distress.
He also hailed Qatar's firm stand against the oppressive regime of Muammar Gaddafi. (QNA)
