POLICE ATHLETES WIN GOLD MEDALS
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ Mongolian police athletes have been successfully competing at the World Police and Fire Games (WPFG) that started August 25 in New York City, the USA.
It is taking place with participation of police athletes from 70 countries in 53 sports events. Mongolia is being represented by policemen led by Colonel S.Batmonkh, head of the “Khuch” sports club at the General Police Department.
An international master of sports Sub-Sergeant O.Enkhsaikhan has grabbed a gold medal in the pistol event. Silver and bronze medals have been won by Mongolian police athletes B.Bishrel and Ya.Zaya. As the team results, they have won gold medals.
A sergeant Ts.Tserennadmid has won a gold medal in the weight category of 63 kg, and other two Mongolians also have won gold medals in the judo events.
