STATE LEADERS ATTEND OPENING OF ACADEMIC NEW YEARS
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ On occasion of the first day of academic years of 2011-2012, the State Head; the Parliament Speaker; and the Prime Minister S.Batbold attended Thursday, September 1 openings of some secondary schools and higher education schools.
The President Ts.Elbegdorj has participated in an opening ceremony of the new academic years at the Univrsity of Agriculture after holding a TV lesson themed "Throughout Beautiful Mongolia" for pupils. The Speaker D.Demberel has attended first day ceremonies of the Mongolian State University (MSU) and the 48 secondary school of UB city, and the Premier--at the 58 secondary school and the Mongolian State University of Education.
The same day, a measure was taken for students of taking oath. It has been organized on the Sukhbaatar Square by the Union of Mongolian Students for the first time with participation of the Prime Minister.
