HH the Emir Congratulates New Japan's PM

Doha, August 31 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al -Thani has sent a congratulating cable to Mr. Yoshihiko Noda on his election as Japan's Prime Minister.
HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani has sent similar cables to the Japanese Premier on the occasion. (QNA)
