Larijani urges Muslims to ease Palestinians' restrictions

Tehran, Sept 21, IRNA Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani said Saturday that Muslim countries should
make maximum diplomatic efforts to ease restrictions of Palestinians
caused by the Zionist regime of Israel.

Larijani told his Bahraini counterpart Khalifa Bin Ahmad al-Dhahrani
on phone that the Zionist regime has these days been savage towards
Palestinians, imposing harsh restrictions on the ppressed Palestinian
nation.

He said defense of Palestine, as part of the Muslim world body, is an
Islamic duty.

He added that Iran's Majlis has been always supporting Palestinians'
resistance against Zionist regime's aggressions.

Dhahrani for his part said Bahrain will do its best to help Palestine
and supports Iran's diplomatic efforts to that end.

He invited Larijani to pay a visit to Manama, which was accepted by
the latter.
