Ministry of Awqaf Prepares 229 prayer grounds for Eid

Doha, August 27 (QNA) - The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has prepared 229 prayer places for the performance of Eid Al-Fitr prayers in many areas of the state.
The prayer places prepared by the Ministry to receive worshippers included mosques, open prayer grounds "squares", some sports clubs and facilities in a number of schools.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, the Eid prayer will be performed at five and a half (5:30) am. The Ministry said prayers and sermon are to be performed in 15 minutes.(QNA)
