HH the Emir Sends Congratulations to Uruguay's President

Doha, August 25 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to President of the Republic of Uruguay on the occasion of his country's national day.
HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has also sent a similar cable to Uruguay's President congratulating him on the occasion.
