Yemen steps up tough security measures at foreign embassies

SANA'A, Sep. 19 (Saba)- Yemen has stepped up tough security measures
at the Sana'a-located foreign embassies and arrested more than 20
people suspected of involving the terrorist attack on the U.S.
Embassy in Sana'a.

Interior Ministry announced the arrest of 25 people suspected of
plotting the terrorist attack which targeted the U.S. embassy in
Sana'a last Wednesday.

The Ministry and its various security services have fully alert and
worked to step up tough security measures at foreign embassies and
diplomatic offices in Yemen in preparation to face and thwart any
terrorist threats.

The security services are currently investigating the circumstances
of the terrorist attack on the U.S. Embassy in Sana'a and continuing
to pursue several suspects.
