N. Korea vows to legally dispose of S. Korean properties at Mount Kumgang

SEOUL, Aug. 22 (Yonhap) -- North Korea will legally dispose of all South Korean properties at a tourism resort on Mount Kumgang, as it "considers that the South Korean authorities totally abandoned the protection of properties and interests" of its firms, the North's official Korean Central News Agency said Monday.
