DEFENSE MINISTER VISITS RUSSIA
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Defense Minister L.Bold MP; R.Amarjargal and E.Monkh-Ochir, members of the Parliamentary Standing committee on security and foreign policy have visited the Russian Federation, and got acquainted with industries of fire weapons, planes operating without pilots and bullets located in Izhevsk city. They have been received by Mr. Alexander Alexandrovich Volkov, the president of Russian Udmurt Republic.
On Wednesday, August 17, the Mongolian delegation also watched the MAKS-2011 international airplane and spacecraft show organized for the tenth time on the Zhukovsky airfield near Moscow. The Rosoboronexport, the Rostechnologia of Russia and other aviation companies showed their products, and the Prime Minister of the RF V.V.Putin has delivered a speech at the opening.
The Defense Minister L.Bold has held a meeting with Lieutenant-General V.K.Dzirkaln, the Deputy Director of Military Cooperation of RF for sharing the bilateral cooperation in the military and technical fields. Moreover, the Defense Ministry of Mongolia and the Izhmash-Bespilotnye systemy Company have reached an agreement on supplying multi-purpose and unpiloted aircrafts to Mongolia, and then established a related contract.
