EXCISE TAX FOR DIESEL FUEL TO INCREASE

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The excise tax imposed on diesel fuel imported through Altanbulag, Zamyn-Uud, Sukhbaatar and Ereentsav border checkpoints will go up from zero to MNT 100 thousand per ton, pursuant to a cabinet decision made on Wednesday, August 17.
The excise tax imposed on auto and diesel fuels imported through other border checkpoints will be not changed. These changes will come to force on August 19.
