63% Pakistanis believe judicial system is complicated: Poll
ISLAMABAD, August 17, 2011 (PPI): A significant majority (63%) of Pakistanis believe that the judicial system is complicated to deal with, reveals the results of a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup Pakistan.
In a survey a nationally representative sample of men and women from across the country were asked the following question: “Do you believe that the judicial system of Pakistan is complicated, or otherwise?” A large majority (63%) of Pakistanis held the view that judicial system is complicated, while only 34% disagreed. 2% of the respondents chose not to answer.

The study was released by Gilani foundation and carried out by Gallup Pakistan, the Pakistani affiliate of Gallup International. The recent survey was carried out among a sample of 2702 men and women in rural and urban areas of all four provinces of the country, during July 03-July 04, 2011. Error margin is estimated to be approximately + 2-3 per cent at 95% confidence level.
