22 Thai medalists arrive home from world robotic challenge
BANGKOK, August 17 (TNA) - Twenty-two medalists arrived home in Bangkok from the China Liuzhou International Robotic Olympiad 2011 on Wednesday amid warm welcome from their families and friends.
The representatives of the Thailand’s primary and secondary schools bagged home 22 medals including five gold, eight silver and three bronze in six contest categories. The international competition was held in Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province during August 12-17.
Among the Thai medalists were students from Chum Puang Wittaya Kindergarten and Baan Noen Soong Sri Thani School of Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Phitsanulok Kindergarten, Baan In Plaeng School of Sakon Nakhon Province, Benchamaratcharungsarit School, Trium Udom Suksa Pattanakarn and Nonthaburi Schools.
