MANPOWER MINISTER RECEIVES BODY OF MURDERED INDONESIAN MAID

Semarang, Sept 19 (ANTARA) - Manpower and Transmigration Minister Erman Suparno received the body of Siti Fatonah, an Indonesian maid from Cilacap who was murdered in Malaysia, at Ahmad Yani airport here on Friday.
Siti Fatonah's body arrived in Jakarta from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on Thursday and was flown to Semarang on Friday.
The body arrived at Ahmad Yani airport at 7 a.m. and was handed to the manpower minister, Central Java governor, and the family of the victim.
Siti Fatonah (20) died after her male employer cut her throat in the Malaysian state of Selangor on Friday (September 12, 2008), Indonesian Embassy spokesman Teguh Cahyono said in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday, September 13.
He said Siti Fatonah's male employer also cut the throat of his wife, Ang Sook Foon (37), who defended Siti in a quarrel
Meanwhile, Subang Jaya Police spokesman Abdul Aziz Abdul Majid said Siti Fatonah and Ang Sook Foon were killed after they engaged in an angry argument.
According to Abdul Aziz Abdul Majid, the male employer killed Fatonah after a heated argument with her. When the latter's wife, Ang Sook Foon, came and tried to calm him down, he turned against Foon too and murdered her in the same way.
