Qatar's Ambassador to USA Conveys Greetings of HH the Emir to President Obama
Washington, August 12 (QNA) - Qatar's ambassador to the United States HE Ali Bin Fahd Al Hajeri has conveyed greetings of HH the Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani to US President Barack Obama . This came during the annual iftar (breakfast) banquet President Obama hosted in honour of the arab muslim ambassadors at the white house on the occasion of the holy fasting month of Ramadan.
For his part, President Obama assigned HE Al Hajeri to convey greetings to HH the Emir and best wishes to the Qatari people for further progress and properity.
The function was attended by a number of ambassadors , heads of the Islamic, Arab And Foreign diplomatic missions , some members of the US Congress , a number of leaders of the various religious organisations and the US administration members.
