Nujeifi calls on the Syrian government to adopt brave and bold stance to halt the bloodshed
Baghdad (NINA) – Parliament Speaker Osama Al Nujeifi demanded the Syrian government to adopt bold and brave stance to halt the bloodshed in Syria.
In a statement he recited during parliament session today “the current bloody events hurt us and make us ask the Syrian government, out of keenness on the Syrian people’s interests, to adopt a bold and brave stance to halt the bloodshed out of its responsibility to preserve these lives and properties.”
Nujeifi went on saying “in such an event, and out of our keenness on the Syrian people’s interests, ask for adopting the wise and diplomatic means in dealing with the growing demands of the different layers of the brotherly Syrian people.”
