Baku,17 September,(AzerTAj)Azerbaijani delegation headed by the country`s ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu will be participating in the 3rd Forum of Creative and Scientific Intellectuals of the CIS Member States to take place on September 18- 20 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
After an opening ceremony, participants of the 2-day event will be divided into groups to hold separate sessions on cultural heritage, literature, book edition, cinema, theatre, music, architecture, fine arts and design.
