FOREIGN CITIZENS ARE TAKING PERMISSION CARDS
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A campaign has started nationwide to grant residence permission cards to foreign citizens in Mongolia.
Depending on forms of the residency, the cards are colored differently, for example, grey cards are given to those who are making investments to Mongolia, purple ones--to students, yellow cards--to workers.
The residence permission cards are published in accordance with international standards, and include his or her date of birth, number of passport, addresse, photo, ten fingers prints. The foreigners must carry this card everywhere within the territory of Mongolia.
Some 70 per cent of all foreign citizen have obtained the cards so far.
