Mujawar affirms importance of protecting unity
SAY'OUN, Sep. 16 (Saba)- Prime Minister Ali Mujawar affirmed on
Tuesday that all citizens and political forces have to protect
sovereignty of the country, its unity and the democratic, development and economic gains.
In a Ramadan evening session held on Tuesday in Say'oun of Hadramout
Valley, Mujawar pointed out the national role of Hadramout locals in
their cooperation with officials of the security apparatuses in
arresting the terror cell recently.
He said that the government has achieved within the platform
President Ali Abdullah Saleh a number of main tasks prominent in the
arena of developing the institutional and legislative structure as
well as the restructure there off.
"Expanding the ground of the legislative authority through moving to
the two-window system and reinforcing financial and administrative
decentralization via local governance and increasing political
empowerment for women by means of the quota system mentioned in the
draft of constitutional amendment, launched by president Saleh,
represent an important turning point in the process of the state
political construction," Mujawar said.
He also reviewed the volume of economic and developmental damages
resulting from terror acts that targeted destruction of development
process.
