Hamad Al-Attiyah, President of Qatar Equestrian Federation

Doha, August 02 (QNA) - Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) has adopted the candidacy of Mr. Hamad Bin Abdulrahman Al-Attiyah as President of Qatar Equestrian Federation (QEF) for the Olympic session 2008-2012.
Al-Attiyah has expressed his pleasure at being selected as the new QEF President stressing that he would develop with the board members a plan aimed at enhancing the significant gains in the advancement of Equestrian in Qatar.
Established in 1979, the Qatar Equestrian Federation (QEF) is dedicated to celebrating and encouraging the country s equestrians. A member of the Federation Equestration International (FEI) since 1980, QEF is focused on the advancement of good horsemanship, and good sportsmanship, in a family orientated environment.
