NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS TO PROSECUTOR INCREASES
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ In the first half of this year, the Investigative Service at the Prosecutor received 509 complaint letters from citizens and investigated 407 of them.
A number of the solved complaints increased by 42.7 per cent against the previous year. In terms of features, 18 investigated complaints related to judges, 27--to prosecutors, and 89--to investigators.
As for the kinds of the cases, 126 were commited against life and health, 120 ones or 29.5 per cent--against court procedures, 63 or 15.5 per cent--against a traffic safety, 22 or 5.4 per cent--against proprietary right, and 48 or 11.8 per cent--against administrative positions.
