KCNA Commentary Accuses Japan of Its Territorial Ambition
Pyongyang, August 2 (KCNA) -- Japan will reportedly hold an exhibition titled "Japan's Sea-Islets to be defended" in downtown Tokyo.
Similar exhibitions aimed to assert Japan's territorial claim to Tok Islets had been held within Shimane Prefecture before. This time Japan is set to hold it in Tokyo, openly displaying the diorama of the islets, their map and the paper permitting Japanese to tour them, moves betraying its wild territorial ambition.
By grabbing the islets Japan seeks to use them for staging a comeback to Korea and other Asian countries and monopolizing economic interests including aquatic and seabed resources abundant in waters off the islets.
It is for this purpose that Japan is imbuing its citizens and young people with the ambition to seize Tok Islets.
Japan's moves to grab the islets, inalienable parts of Korea's territory from historical, geographical and international legal points of view, are a wanton violation of the sovereignty of Korea and they can never be tolerated under any circumstances.
