WORLD LITERATURE FESTIVAL TO BE HELD IN BERLIN
Baku,16 September,(AzerTAj)The VIII International Festival of World Literature will be held from September 24 till October 5 in Berlin, Germany. Only Russian and Ukrainian writers from post Soviet Republics had been invited to the festival up to now.
Chingiz Abdullayev is the first Azerbaijani writer to represent the country at the
event.
The festival will work on three sections. Romanian Ion Griqoresku will deliver a
speech in the “World Literature” section. German Irina Libman, English Don Paterson
and other writers will speak about the problems of world poetry and prose.
Chingiz Abdullayev will join the discussions in the festival`s second section called
“Kaleidoscope”.
