Sudanese Government Committed to Implementing Doha Agreement on Darfur

Khartoum, July 24 (QNA) -The Sudanese Higher Committee for following up the Darfur file has stressed that the Sudanese government is committed to implementing the Doha Peace Agreement on Darfur which was signed recently and promoting its success as being the fruit of the peace process.
The Sudanese news agency said the committee discussed at its meeting at the cabinet , under the chairmanship of Ghazi Salah Eddin, adviser to the Sudanese president for Darfur, the peace process and achievements in the areas of development as well as the voluntary return of displaced persons.
The committee will make recommendations on the priorities of the next period towards achieving security and stability in Darfur.
