T.GANDI GIVES REPORT ON SOCIAL WELFARE AND LABOR WORKS
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ In a scope of the year of supporting employment, a report on measures done in the sectors of social welfare and labor has been given by T.Gandi, the Minister of Social Welfare and Labor at a cabinet meeting.
An order has been given to the Minister to place a capital in this year's budgetary clarification of the Fund for supporting employment with an aim to intensify the related works. The Ministry of Social Welfare and Labor has submitted a draft new wording of the law on supporting employment to parliament in order to refine upon a legal environment for employment. Furthermore, the Labor Minister has said that the Ministry is drawing up a draft new wording of the law on labor, and given a report on works done for coordinating the employment policy with the sector's policy and for upgrading the management on employment.
According to the Minister's report, the Ministry has created some 38 thousand job places in the frames of the year of supporting employment, and plans to create new job places in the fields of mining, construction and road with local capitals.
