U.S. Submarine Entry into S. Korean Pusan Port under Fire

Pyongyang, July 20 (KCNA) -- It is a grave military provocation that the U.S. recently brought its nuclear submarine Texas belonging to the 7th Fleet carrying latest hardware including Tomahawk missiles to Pusan Port of south Korea, says Rodong Sinmun Wednesday in a bylined commentary.
This reveals the scenario of the U.S. to ignite a new war on the Korean Peninsula at any cost, the paper says, adding:
Lurking behind its entry into the south Korean port is the strategic scenario of the U.S. to browbeat the DPRK by force of arms and flexibly cope with the "contingency" on the Korean Peninsula.
What merits particular attention is that the submarine made this portcall, timed to coincide with the provocative anti-DPRK remarks made by Walter Sharp, the then commander of the U.S. forces in south Korea, shortly ago. Sharp said it was necessary to promptly cope with additional provocation by north Korea and that the U.S. and south Korea maintain strong alliance.
