N. Korea hands over body of South Korean civilian

(ATTN: UPDATES with handover)
SEOUL, July 15 (Yonhap) -- North Korea repatriated the body of a South Korean civilian found dead in North Korean waters, Seoul's Red Cross said Friday.
The body of the 43-year-old man, who lived in Seoul and was identified only by his family name Ko, had apparently drifted into waters off the North's southwestern coast in Hwanghae Province for unknown reasons, the Red Cross said.
The North handed over the body to South Korea at the truce village of Panmunjom on Friday morning, the Red Cross said.
The two Koreas have repatriated the bodies of each other's citizens found dead in their respective waters in the past.
