S. Korea trounced by Brazil in U-19 football
SEOUL, Sept. 14 (Yonhap) -- South Korea lost to Brazil 0-3 in the under-19 Sendai Cup football tournament in Japan on Sunday, posting its first loss in the round-robin competition.
South Korea drew scorelessly with France in the opener last week, while Brazil has won twice in a row in the four-nation tournament in the northeastern Japanese city of Sendai.
The South Korean squad, led by coach Cho Dong-hyun, will face Japan in its final match on Monday.
