Sudanese President Arrives in Doha
Doha, July 13 (QNA) - Sudanese President Omar Hassan Ahmed Al-Bashir arrived here today to attend a ceremony to be held tomorrow to mark the signing of the Darfur peace agreement between the Sudanese government and the Liberation and Justice Movement (LJM).
He was welcomed upon arrival at Doha International Airport by HE the Minister of Social Affairs and Acting Minister of Labor Nasser bin Abdullah Al-Hemaidi, Advisor to the Sudanese President who is also in charge of Darfur Issue Dr. Ghazi Salahuddin, Minister of State at the Sudanese Presidency and Head of the Government Negotiating Delegation Dr. Amin Hassan Omar, Qatar's Ambassador to Sudan Ali bin Hassan Al-Hammadi and Charge d'Affaires at the Sudanese Embassy in Doha Abdul Azim Al-Karouri.
