Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques thanks Mawhiba Foundation

Riyadh, September 13 , SPA-- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Chairman of King Abdulaziz
and his Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity '
Mawhiba" has thanked Minister of Education and the Foundation's
Vice-Chairman, Dr. Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Obeid for the efforts of the
Foundation including implementation of registration project of 60
national patents as well as supporting a number of Saudi inventors
to register inventions at Patent General Department at King
Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, in addition to a
registration of a medical patent for a Saudi female inventor in the
United States of America.

On his part, Dr Al-Obeid expressed his thanks and gratitude to the
Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for his continuing follow-up and
care for the march of talent, creativity, innovation and national
achievements as well as his warm feelings towards his gifted male
and female inventors.

"The increasing scientific innovative production by Saudis in
different categories reflects the foundation's efforts to promote the
gifted, talented and creative community and to prepare national young
pioneers capable of developing knowledge-based national industries
dependent on innovation, talent and support of national
competitiveness", Al-Obeid said.
