Sydney man in hospital after stabbing
A man is in hospital after being stabbed at a home unit in Sydney's southwest.
Police and other emergency services were called to the unit in Woodville Road, Villawood about 8.05pm (AEST) on Sunday following reports a man had been injured.
A man, believed to be aged in his mid-20s, was treated at the scene and taken to Liverpool Hospital in a stable condition, police said.
The injuries sustained by the Bankstown man are not considered life-threatening.
Police wish to speak with three men seen in the vicinity of the unit block at the time of the incident.
Anyone with information about the identity or whereabouts of the men, or the circumstances surrounding the incident, is asked to contact Bankstown Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
