PREMIER MEETS MENG JIANGZHU
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The Prime Minister S.Batbold met Thursday Mr. Meng Jianzhu, the Minister of the Public Security of the People's Republic of China (PRC).
The Premier has wished China's delegation a pleasant stay here and emphasized an importance of the visit. He has appreciated a signing of the intergovernmental agreement on combating crimes, exchanging of a note on non-refundable aid of CNY 5 million from China to organizations of Mongolia's Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs, issuing of a protocol on the Ulaanbaatar agreement.
He has noted that China became the biggest partner of Mongolia in trade and economics, adding it is important to create agreeable environment for trade, service, investment, business, tourism, road relations, transportation and communication fields.
Mentioning that exchange of citizens and mutual tourism have been increasing, the Premier has pointed out an importance of the bodies in charge of these exchange to strengthen collaboration, improve services, solve problems, and to protect legal interests of the people. He has added Mongolia wants to toughly combat against transboundary and organized crimes.
In response, Mr. Jiangzhu has said, hopefully, the bilateral collaboration will widen thanks to efforts of the two countries' governments, and then pased a greeting from China's Premier Wen Jiabao to the Mongolian Prime Minister.
Mr. Jiangzhu has noted that high-level meetings and visits play an important role in the relations and cooperation, adding China will support the development of the bilateral trade and economics.
