The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the construction of a modern Sports and Concert Complex in Baku, the Azerbaijani President's official website reported.
The order reads that a modern Sports and Concert Complex should be constructed in Baku in accordance with the international standards, Azerbaijan State Property Committee is in charge of organizing and coordinating works for the construction of the facility.
