OUTSTANDING PEOPLE TO GET CASH PRIZES
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A cash prize of MNT 52 million will be given to E.Amartuvshin, a soloist of the Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet for winning a silver medal at the 4th international contest of opera singing named after P.l. Tchaikovsky. It took place June 14-30 in Moscow and Saint Petersburg, Russia.
Moreover, cash prizes of MNT 19 million will be granted to each of pupils of the College of Music and Dance--B.Bat-Erdene, J.Ariunzaya, O.Ankhzaya and G.Chinguun who have taken 1st places in international junior contests for piano and musical instruments held in France and the Czech Republic.
Cash prizes will be awarded to senior athletes who have won medals at Olympic Games. Money of MNT 15 million will be granted to Olympic silver medalists J.Monkhbat, Z.Oidov, J.Davaajav and Ts.Damdin (free-style wrestling and judo). The Olympic bronze medalists for free-style wrestling, judo, boxing and shooting Ch.Damdinsharav, D.Sereeter, Kh.Bayanmonkh, R.Davaadalai, N.Enkhbat, D.Monkhbayar, D.Narmandakh and families of late T.Artag and D.Oyunbold will receive MNT 10 million each. For the time being, Mongolia have grabbed two gold, seven silver and 10 bronze medals from Olympic Games.
