Kim Jong Il Provides Field Guidance to Cooperative Farm
Pyongyang, July 7 (KCNA)-- Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, provided field guidance to the Sinam Cooperative Farm, Ryongchon County.
After being told that the farm came first in Korean wrestling, swing and seesaw events at several folklore sports games of agricultural working people across the country, he encouraged its members to continue successfully doing farming and be good at sports and cultural and emotional life to become a model to be followed by the whole country in the future, too.
Then he made the rounds of various places of the farm including the newly built mechanization workteam to learn about the farming this year.
He also went round the cultural and supply service facilities of the youth workteam newly built by the farm.
He visited the youth school, bedroom, dining room and kitchen and other places.
He set forth important tasks to be carried out by the farm.
