ASIAN SCIENCE COUNCIL IS HERE TO RUN SYMPOSIUM

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The 11th Asian science council symposium started July 4 in Ulaanbaatar.
It has been themed "Fight against land degradation in Asia” and intitiated by Mongolia's Academy of sciences.
The action has been running in three main directions such as “Asian countries' land degradation:present, goals", “Information, assessment, mapping on land degradation and desertification”, “Surface change, urban planning”, and “Partners of science technology research for stable development”.
The science council has some 20 organization from 11 countries.
This symposium has gathered more than 60 foreign and 70 Mongolians scientists.
